Connectivity & Failover
Most lead lists guess which businesses have bad internet. We know which ones had it fail — with a date attached. On March 25 and March 29, 2025, Comcast, AT&T, and Spectrum all went down simultaneously across the region for up to 4.7 hours. We track that event and others like it through IODA, Georgia Tech's internet outage detection system — the same data researchers use to monitor internet health nationally. Combined with real measured broadband speeds from Ookla against what providers actually claim to the FCC, we don't tell you "this business might have connectivity problems." We tell you they're measurably below the FCC's own 100/20 Mbps broadband standard, verified against a real speed test at that location.
