Main Street Vitals sells business-targeting intelligence to service providers. This policy covers this website (mainstreetvitals.com) and our customer platform at app.mainstreetvitals.com.
Waitlist signups. Your email address, plus the state and vertical you optionally select. We use it to email you about launch and territory availability, and nothing else.
Contact and scorecard requests. Your name, email, company, state, vertical, and whatever you write in the message field. We use it to answer you and to send the materials you asked for.
Site analytics. Basic first-party usage events (which pages are viewed, which buttons are clicked) so we can see what's working. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.
Account and billing. If you become a customer, your login email and subscription status. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
We do not buy contact data about you, and we do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Inside our company, only administrators can view submitted contact and waitlist records. Outside it, we share data only with the service providers that run the product for us — hosting, email delivery, and payment processing — and only as needed to operate. We may disclose information if legally required.
Joining the waitlist or contacting us signs you up for messages about that request and about our launch. It does not sign you up for unrelated marketing. Every email we send includes a way to opt out, and replying with "unsubscribe" is enough — we'll remove you and confirm.
The business records, scores, and outage histories inside the platform are built from public federal and measured data sources (EIA, NOAA, FEMA, US Census, FCC, Ookla, IODA, NREL) combined with our own scoring. They describe businesses, not consumers, and we do not compile consumer profiles. Business owners who want their listing corrected or removed from our platform can email us at the address below.
Waitlist and contact records are kept until you ask us to delete them, or for two years after our last contact with you, whichever comes first. Customer account and billing records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop emailing you. Depending on your state or country you may also have the right to a copy of your data and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.
To make a request, email privacy@mainstreetvitals.com or use the contact form. We answer within 30 days and will not charge you for it. We may need to confirm you control the email address in question before acting on a deletion request.
Data is encrypted in transit, access to submitted records is limited to administrator accounts, and payment card data is handled entirely by our processor. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will notify you as required by law.
This is a business product and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this policy we'll update the date above. Material changes affecting how we use information you already gave us will be emailed to you.
