Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, no payment is being collected, and joining the waitlist creates no contract and reserves no territory until we confirm one to you in writing. Plan names, prices, and features described here are what we intend to launch with and may change before launch.
Main Street Vitals provides business-targeting intelligence built from public federal data sources. Scores, exposure estimates, and AI-generated call openers are informational aids for sales prospecting — not guarantees of outcomes, and not professional risk, insurance, or engineering advice.
Plans are billed monthly per territory with unlimited seats. Every plan includes a 14-day trial and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Exclusive Territory slots are first-come and release upon cancellation.
You agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable law, including telemarketing regulations (such as TCPA and Do-Not-Call rules) when contacting businesses. You may not resell, scrape, or redistribute platform data.
Scores, outage histories, and exposure estimates are derived from public data that may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Any figures shown on this site — including the ROI calculator — are illustrations based on assumptions or on values you enter, not measured customer results, and we do not promise any level of leads, meetings, or revenue.
You are solely responsible for how you contact the businesses you find through the platform, including compliance with the TCPA, state telemarketing and Do-Not-Call rules, call recording consent laws, and CAN-SPAM. We do not screen numbers against Do-Not-Call registries for you.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on the data, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
